Derian calls on Lebanese to accept austerity

In a message delivered Friday ahead of Ramadan, Grand Mufti Abdel-Latif Derian Friday called on the Lebanese people to accept austerity measures in the coming 2019 budget as a necessary sacrifice to balance the state’s finances.
