Retired military, security officers block roads to warning against wage cuts

Retired military and security personnel Tuesday morning blocked the Beirut-Sidon highway near Naameh, along with other main roads across Lebanon, to protest against possible cuts to their end-of-service benefits as a means of reducing the budget deficit.
