Kanaan calls on Cabinet to pass budget, concerned delay may be intentional

MP Ibrahim Kanaan Saturday called on Cabinet to pass the 2019 state budget and send it to Parliament for approval as soon as possible, adding that the delay in passing it is preventing Parliament from carrying out its monitoring role.
