Iraqi PM seeks sacking of local governor following Mosul boat accident

Iraqi Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi has formally requested that parliament sack Nineveh Gov. Nawfal Hammadi al-Sultan following a river ferry accident that killed at least 90 people in the provincial capital of Mosul.
