Militant defeat, US Syria pullout on table at coalition talks

Defense ministers from the U.S.-led coalition fighting Daesh (ISIS) meet Friday in Munich to discuss how to reorganize in Syria after the defeat of the last pocket of militants and the departure of U.S. troops.
