Health minister shutters psychiatric hospital: 'What I saw was a tragedy'

Health Minister Jamil Jabak announced in televised remarks Sunday that Al-Fanar Psychiatric Hospital in south Lebanon’s Msaileh will be shut down over what he described as tragic living conditions and inadequate facilities.
