As we mark the passing of 14 years since Lebanon tragically lost one of its greatest statesmen in the most heinous manner, we can’t help but recognize that after all these years the ripples of former Prime Minister Rafik Hariri’s legacy continue to resonate not only in the country’s political scene but also in its societal and economic essence.
