As an implementation of the Capital Investment Program presented at CEDRE, the High Council for Privatization and Public Private Partnership signed agreements with the private sector to implement three main projects: the development of a National Information Center; the expansion of Beirut’s Rafik Hariri International Airport; and the expansion of the Beirut-Okaibeh Highway.
